A great part of my job is help people think differently so they can get different results.
That’s one of the things I enjoy the most about what I do. However, if I have to be honest, mindset is not the be-all and end-all of everything. Ultimately, it’s not enough to “meditate” your way to success.
You can’t just journal for pages upon pages and expect a different outcome unless something else changes.
Your results are determined by your actions. These can be inspired or not. Most of the time, inspiration comes from taking action, actually.
